Is a Twin size right for me?
The Twin is the smallest of all mattress sizes, outside of crib mattresses, which means it’s often ideal for smaller sleepers.
A Twin bed can work for you if you’re working with any bedroom space that’s at least 7 x 10 feet.
If your bedroom is at least 7 x 10 feet, then a Twin can work for you. Having a smaller mattress will provide extra room for additional furniture.

A standard twin bed size is ideal for a child’s bedroom or an adult with limited bedroom space. A twin XL mattress works great for taller teens and adults with space in their bedroom for an extra 5” of legroom.
