Requires 2-3 weeks for scheduled delivery from purchase date.

These are not guaranteed ship dates. Estimated shipping dates were provided by our shipping partners. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

Items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 31, 2026. This allows gift recipients plenty of time to try their items after the holidays.

We used to sell gift cards on our website, but no longer offer them. However, any previously purchased gift cards remain active and can still be used at checkout.

Yes, this sale is available at Purple-owned showrooms where supplies are available.

No. We’re anti-buyer's-remorse and offer trial periods on the majority of our products (100 nights for mattresses, 30 nights for bedding, pillows + cushions). These trials apply to purchases made during sale periods. Take a look at our returns and exchanges page for more information. 

No, you do not. Sale discounts are automatically applied at checkout, but to qualify, all items must be purchased as part of the same order.
