Yes! Washing and drying it the correct way will actually help refluff the pillow. Make sure to follow these care instructions to preserve the premium comfort properties over time.

- Wash warm on delicate cycle
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
- Unzip to tumble dry on low heat delicate cycle
- Do not iron
- It may take more than 1 delicate dry cycle to dry completely, but once dry, it will fluff and bloom like new! You can add tennis balls to the dryer and a dry towel to speed up dry time.
The pillow is filled here in the U.S. using 100% premium gel fibers. Each fiber is coated in silicone so you get long-lasting, luxurious down-like comfort that won’t go flat or trigger allergies.
This pillow is for people who love fluffy, down-feeling pillows. It doesn’t contain any Purple Grid component like the Purple or Purple Harmony pillow.
We provide a full one-year warranty – though with the proper care, this pillow should last you several years!
The high-quality fibers are very resilient and shouldn’t need fluffing very often. However, a couple good karate chops can help give the pillow a boost as needed!
The TwinCloud is available in both Standard and King sizes.
We’re working to create a pillowcase specifically for the TwinCloud, but in the meantime, you can use it with any pillowcase. Just set it to the firmness setting you want, and it will easily fit within a Standard or King pillowcase. The pillow is also washable, so if you want to use it without a case to get its full range of versatility, you can. (You might even discover some new uses!)
We guarantee your pillow up to a year, so if you have any quality issues within that time frame, you’re covered.
