Eligibility is confirmed for you during the health survey at checkout, so you always know before you pay. Look for the Truemed logo on eligible product pages. 

Add your eligible pillow to your cart, then choose "Pay with HSA/FSA" at checkout instead of a standard card. You'll complete a health survey so a licensed provider can review your eligibility, then pay directly with your FSA/HSA card or pay by credit card and follow Truemed's email instructions to get reimbursed by your provider afterward.

Your Truemed Letter of Medical Necessity is intended to support IRS documentation requirements for a qualified medical expense, similar to a visit to a healthcare provider or a prescription. Refunds on an eligible purchase are returned to the same FSA/HSA account you used to pay, following our standard return policy and timelines. If you paid with a regular card and were reimbursed separately through Truemed, check with Truemed's support team to confirm how a return affects that reimbursement. Typically, the funds will be returned to your FSA/HSA account.
