To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days. The bed frame must be fully functional, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process and send you a return shipping label. The label, including the Return Merchandise Authorization number, must be visible and legible on the package.
Due to the nature of this product, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. You are responsible for dropping off the repackaged bed frame with attached shipping label at FedEx or another specified shipping location. If you are unable to drop off at a shipping location, you may opt-in for FedEx pickup, but an additional fee will be deducted from your refund. Pickup fees may range from $240 up to $500.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with the requirements stated above. If it passes inspection, you will be refunded the full product price less the value of any discount, interest accrued (if financed), 10% restocking fee, and any pick-up or box charges if applicable. If it does not pass inspection, we will notify you regarding the reasons for the failure.
