Your 100-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a refund. (Awesome, right?)

If there's something wrong with your mattress, we'll replace it for up to 10 years, starting from the date of original purchase.

We do not offer online purchases for in-store pick up at this time, however a Sleep Genius can help you place an order during your visit. Our return + exchange policy in-store is the same as our online policy. We're here for deeper sleep, not buyer's remorse, so we offer a 100-night trial period on mattresses and 30-nights for pillows + bedding. This trial period begins when your products are delivered, and you have the duration of the trial to determine if your product is the perfect fit.
