Do you have a stretchy sheet and mattress protector on your Purple® Mattress?

The Purple® Mattress features the Smart Comfort Grid, which is designed to dynamically adapt to your individual pressure points and body shape. Non-stretchy bedding can create a drum effect that doesn’t allow you to sink into the ultra-comfy Smart Comfort Grid properly.

The Purple Sheets and Mattress Protector are designed with unheard-of to work in perfect harmony with your Purple® Mattress, along with oodles of other cool and comfy features. You don’t have to use Purple bedding, just make sure whatever you’re using has plenty of stretchiness.

What foundation do you have your Purple® Mattress on?

On occasion, we see that the base/foundation may be the cause of unnecessary discomfort while you sleep. We recommend that slats be 3" apart or less. Preferably we recommend your bed lay on a solid frame in general (Wood or metal frame, etc.), and not traditional box spring.

How long have you been sleeping on your Purple® Mattress?

Some customers have found that it takes a while for their body to adjust to the support of the Purple® Mattress — sometimes even 3-4 weeks. This is especially true for sleepers coming off of a broken down and/or unsupportive mattress. If you find that you’re waking up sore, this may be the case.

We highly recommend you sleep on your new mattress at least 30 nights to fully adjust. If you’re still not convinced after a month, try sleeping on another mattress for a night (your old bed, guest room, or maybe go on a romantic getaway!).

Return Policy

You have 100 calendar days to return your Purple® Bed from the date of delivery. We recommend sleeping on your Purple Bed for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below or check out our blog!

To be eligible for a return, your Purple Bed must be clean and undamaged.

Please note, if you choose to return your Purple mattress, the full retail value of any promotional item received with the purchase of the mattress will be deducted from your refund of the mattress.

Exchange Policy

You have 100 calendar days to exchange your Purple® Bed from the date of delivery. The second bed is ineligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your first Purple Bed must be clean and undamaged. You must email Customer Care before starting the return process to confirm you’re eligible for exchange.

If you would like to exchange your mattress for a new model within the 100-night trial, you are eligible for a full refund of your original mattress purchase. In order to exchange your original mattress purchase, you must follow the mattress return policy and place a new order for the mattress model for which you want to exchange.

When you exchange within the 100-night trial, you will not be eligible for another 100-night trial on the mattress for which you exchanged. If you exchange for another model, we assume you already love the Purple technology and simply need a different model to fit your needs. After an exchange has been placed, the 100-night trial will end and you will not receive the remaining trial days from your original order. After the return process is completed for your original mattress purchase, you will receive a full refund on that mattress.
